Shipping & Returns


We offer free delivery on all domestic orders.

The processing and shipping of your purchase will take 3-5 business days. An order cannot be modified or canceled once it has been placed.

You will get shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your product ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be generated.

Before submitting the order, please double check the ship-to address. If the address is incomplete or wrong and the package is not deliverable, the customer will be responsible for any redelivery costs.



We offer easy U.S. returns on items returned within 30 days from the shipped date. We will send you a pre paid label and $9 restocking fee will be removed from your refund. 
Returned merchandise must be received in its original unworn condition, free from any marks, scratches or damage, and in its full original packaging.

Once the 30 days have passed, unfortunately we can no longer accept an item back.

Returns will be completed within approximately 7 business days of delivery. During sales and holidays, returns may take additional time.

Returns postmarked outside of the 30 day window will not be accepted.

Final sales are not eligible for returns and we don’t offer exchanges.

All returned items must be shipped to the address provided by customer service to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable and $9 restocking fee will be removed from your refund.

Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the return for our office to receive and process your refund request.

If your return has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days (may vary depending on your bank).

Please note, all applicable shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.



We provide free shipping to selected countries. (Shipping options at check out)

We don't offer returns or exchanges on international orders (we don't accept returns from outside the USA).


The customs office of the destination nation may charge additional tariffs and taxes on international orders. The tax authorities in each nation decide on the additional charges.

All local customs charges, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination countries must be paid by the recipient.

LA-PA is not responsible, has no control over these extra costs and delays, and is unable to foresee what these costs will be when they arrive.
